Project 1 – Load-Bearing Wall Removal / Open Concept Kitchen and Living Area
This project involved the removal of internal load-bearing walls to create a larger, brighter, and more functional open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The renovation transformed a separated floor layout into a modern open-concept space, improving natural light, circulation, and the overall usability of the home.
Project 2 – Load-Bearing Wall Removal / Open Concept Living and Kitchen Renovation
This project shows how removing internal walls can completely change the feel of a home. The existing living and dining areas were opened up to allow for a new white kitchen, improved layout, and a more spacious open-plan living environment. The result is a cleaner, brighter, and more contemporary family space.
Project 3 – Garage Addition
This project involved the addition of a new garage to an existing home that previously had no enclosed vehicle parking. The new garage was designed to integrate with the existing dwelling while giving the property a modern street appearance. The finished garage includes black and grey external cladding, a modern roller door, and a clean driveway and landscaping finish.
Project 4 – Retaining Walls and Backyard Landscaping
This project involved major backyard earthworks, retaining wall construction, and landscaping to convert an uneven dirt yard into a functional outdoor living area. The finished design includes concrete sleeper retaining walls with steel uprights, levelled lawn areas, garden beds, steps, paving, and landscaping to create a clean, usable, and attractive backyard.
